We streamed a long series of competition brackets on ustream last week and now we announce the top four finalists along with the winner.
There was a mistake in the final four competitors as the “Silk Road” didn’t make it to the finals, the “Jimi Hendrick’s” by Ben should have been there. You can make some of these yourself, in our coupe glasses with our orange bitters.
Final competitors should look like:
Gin-Gin Mule via Vincent
8 to 10 mint leaves
1/2 oz. fresh lime juice
1/2 oz. Hibiscus Syrup
1 1/2 oz. Hendricks Gin
3/4 oz. ginger beer
Out Of Season Martini via Jordan Ryan
1 oz. Dry Vermouth
1.5 oz. Hendrick’s Gin
1/2 oz Simple Syrup
2 Dashes Orange Bitters
4 Kumquats, Sliced / Orange Slices
1 Tablespoon Cilantro
The Fizzy 43 via Chancery
1.5 ounce Hendricks
1 ounce Lime Juice
3/4 ounce Licor 43
Top with soda water
Garnish with Cucumber slice

1.5 oz Hendricks Gin
0.5 oz Blue curacao
0.5 oz Monin Violet Syrup
splash fees grenadine
top with Sprite
The one we used instead of Jimi Hendricks:
Silk Road via Mark
2 1/2 oz Hendricks
1 oz of Cachaca
1/3 oz St Germain
Tsp sugar/Agave Nectar
1/2 Lime juice
Soda water to top
Few drops Aphrodite bitters
