Today we flip the switch, our first cocktail with lychee so that’s always cool. This is a bit more of an elegant cocktail with a crazy different taste than you may be used to, unless you’re big into lychee to begin with in which case this is the usual.

- 1 1/2 oz. 10 Cane Rum
- 1/2 oz. Lychee Liqueur
- 1 Barspoon Sugar Syrup
- 1 Dash Spanish Bitters
