We build four cocktails with three unique gins: Bombay Sapphire, St. Augustine, Brockmans and two different maraschino liqueurs. We take the gin most globally accessible, Bombay Sapphire, and create the cocktail twice with it but change out the Maraschino with Luxardo and Bols to see how the difference works out.
We’ve had a few requests for these type of deconstructions. Keep in mind, we can’t use every gin on the planet or even all the most popular or we’d be here all day, but we encourage you guys to try some other combinations.
