This is an egg white cocktail so you’ll want to dry shake. That will get you the nice foamy head on top of the cucumber gin sour. That garnish on this drink works well as it invites you to the cucumber aroma. Has a nice floral flavor with celery/cucumber like “green notes” and an off-dry finish. The elderflower does not sweeten the drink up and it’s just enough sour to add extra desire for additional sips.
Cucumber Gin Sour
– 3 slices of Cucumber
– 0.5 oz Simple Syrup
– 1 oz Lime Juice
– 0.5 oz Elderflower Liqueur
– 2 oz Gin
– 1 Egg White
