We bring Adam Elmegirab’s Bitters to the front line with Dandelion and Burdock against Spanish bitters, but the bitters are not going to be what makes or breaks this competition, we fear, but more the core ingredients: Saké vs. Brandy.

- 3 Dashes Dandelion Burdock Bitters

- 2 oz. Brandy
- 1 1/2 oz. Cointreau
- 2/3 oz. Fresh Lemon Juice
