The French 95

Here is a great spin on the French 75, it’s called the French 95 and it has bourbon with the champagne. We also ponder why you can’t tickle yourself.

This cocktail has a nice bourbon flavor, a dry finish and the champagne isn’t fully lost but also isn’t forward flavored. This is much like a mimosa with bourbon with a bit more depth and character than a mimosa. A little lingering bourbon oak after the finish subsides.
