It’s time to make a cocktail! We skipped Sunday Night Shooters to make a cocktail creation due to my pain killers requiring me not to drink (harder to spit out a shooter). The coconut grove is a bright and lovely looking little cocktail.
Not a lot of alcohol flavor in this cocktail but lots of lovely flavor within it. So, if you like a pool side tiki like blast in your face, give it a try.

Coconut Grove Cocktail Recipe
- 1 1/2 oz. Coconut Rum
- 1 oz. Creme de Banana
- 1 oz. White Rum
- 4 oz. Pineapple Juice
- 1 Tsp. Lemon Juice
