This episode is fresh and ripe, even if our cantaloupe could have been a bit more ripe. We create this cocktail with Hendrick’s gin and some cantaloupe but it still seems to be missing something… we try a few things and find that it could use a bit of a sour tart to balance out the cantaloupe and a bit more sugar.
