The raspberry thyme smash utilizes gin, specifically called for with Hendrick’s gin, but you can use your favorite. This is a thyme cocktail which, in the end, has a bit of a flavored candle scent.
This drink has a beautiful color using natural raspberry to get the color vibrant and awesome. You’ll want to double strain this cocktail to get out the bits of smashed raspberries that will appear in your drink. You can also garnish it with some thyme.
