Tasting Notes: Well balanced juniper against a dark berry finish that is neither sweet nor tart. The flavors build their own unique taste experience that is neither gin nor black current.
Gin brings the pine but we are not sure exactly where the cranberry comes in but whatever it has great flavor. While there is a bit of juniper blast, this cocktail has a very distinct and awesome finish.
Even with bombay and juniper, it isn’t overwhelming on juniper. Great showing for the gin.

Cranberry Pine Recipe
- 1/4 oz. Creme de Cassis
- 1/4 oz. Chambord
- 1 oz. Gin
- 2 oz. Sprite
- 3 Dashes Bitters
