We designed this cocktail for Coole Swan Irish Cream but I didn’t take into consideration the alcohols available in the UK. So, this became our second Coole Swan cocktail with a bit more emphasis on Saint Patrick’s Day here in the United States and surrounding territories. For the fans, our true-second recipe was the Blended Leprechaun which we allow more ease of creation for those in Europe and around the planet.
So now, we’ve got something for everyone!
- 2 oz. Coole Swan Irish Cream
- 1 oz. Malibu Coconut Rum
- 1/2 oz. Blue Curacao
- 1 oz. Creme de Banana (yellow)
- Garnish with Pineapple Slice and Green Maraschino Cherry
