This drink has tiki vibes in its total ingredient list, plus the use of rum and pineapple. But, it has some solid bitter and salt in it, to give you a do flavor profile you may not be used to in your drinks. The core spirits are Rum and Bourbon Whiskey, and even some sweet vermouth (if you can taste it!)
Not very difficult to build, well worth the ride. We’re using O.F.T.D for this rum selection and it was well worth the flavors.
The Foe Hammer
2 dashes 80:20 saline solution
3 dashes Angostura bitters
0.75 oz lime juice
1 oz pineapple syrup (50/50 juice to granulated sugar)
1 oz sweet vermouth
1 oz overproof rum
1 oz bourbon, at least 100 proof
