Doug definitely prefers a sweeter cocktail, so we have to sugar it up a bit more than what the recipe provides (otherwise it’s balanced and has a sweet tart flavor profile). The passion fruit will bring tart and the lemon enforces that concept.
Designated Diver
1 oz lemon juice
1 oz orange juice
1 oz passion fruit syrup
3/4 oz vanilla simple syrup
1 oz club soda
