Sludge Factory Cocktail | Alice in Chains Drink?

The sludge factory cocktail was a user submission, which we found out is in reference to the Alice in Chains song. This drink brings in an anejo tequila which isn’t done enough, so we need more drinks like this!

Sludge Factory
– 1 1/4 oz of Brandy
– 1 1/4 oz of Añejo Tequila
– 1/3 oz of lemon juice
– 1/2 oz of maple syrup
– 1 dash angostura bitters

We get this recipe in our live stream and make it ad-hoc for you guys to enjoy as we do an initial tasting, the sludge factory looks as if it came from European measures (as nobody in the US with any sense would use 1/3 oz of lemon juice).
