The Paloma is an easy cocktail, the Paloma Bianco is slightly more complicated, but also quite tasty. This recipe reminds us a bit of the Dorchester (which is a gin drink) or a Hemingway Daiquiri (a rum drink). You can watch those here:

You’ll get a bit of tequila flavor, although probably more with a reposado, and you’ll have some grapefruit fruitiness and a light bitter finish. Yet the sweetness brought by the Luxardo Maraschino is just enough earthy sweetness to make this an exciting recipe design.
Paloma Bianco
– 2 oz Blanco Tequila
– 1.5 oz Luxardo Bitter Bianco
– 1.5 oz Fresh Pink Grapefruit Juice
– 1 oz Fresh Lime Juice
– 1/2 oz Luxardo Maraschino
