Let’s blast through a few tasting notes for some popular Amaro’s so you can determine if they’re something you want to buy or mix into your next cocktail.
Let’s take a quick look at Averna Amaro and some of its tasting notes and aromas. We will take a look at a more “new” Amaro (relatively) called Cynar, as well as Fernet-Branca, another potent amaro that’s often hiding on the backbar at most good cocktail bars.
