Today we create a cocktail out of Warren’s Apothecary Cocktails book, a book that can be challenging for even Derrick to create on the fly, as it contains some nice recipes with teas and coffee’s that required a bit more prep time.
However, this cocktail was fairly simple to create, you’re louching an absinthe (pernod) along side water as the usual, but with the added sweetness of almond syrup.
