We’re tasting another ice wine cocktail but this time we’ve invented our own: Common Man’s Frozen Cherry. This is great for those experimenting with ice wines for the first time as it uses a full 1 oz. measure and keeps its structure throughout the cocktail. While this cocktail is super sweet, ice wine fans are used to such sweetness given the natural properties of an ice wine.
However, we’ve balanced it out with a slight bit of sour cranberry juice. You can substitute the Inniskillan Cabernet Franc for something a bit less expensive if you’re still testing the waters with ice wine.
