The The Brain Hemorrhage Shooter is a shooter recipe that’s all about the presentation. Very few shot’s go for complete chaos like the Brain Hemorrhage, which doesn’t layer at all. In fact, the alcohols battle each other in the shot glass with grenadine adding a special flare to the presentation.
Besides presentation, this drink goes down smooth, sweet and attacks all the taste buds that love a good shot.

February 20, 2012 at 5:28 pmhello I really like your website and with my friends I have made a lot of your great drinks. I had only one problem with this one! I can’t find the peach schnapps (I am from argentina and I assumed it was a common peach liqueur) but apparently I need that one precisely because when I drop the bailyes it mixes with the peach and blue curacao leaving a single colored luquid on top of the granadine. For you to understand better this I uploaded a picture of what the drinks looked like so you can help me find the problem.

Can you please give me an alternative of the peach schapps? I don’t know, brands, other liqueurs, or any other beverage that would work. Nice website, thanks!!

February 21, 2012 at 11:49 amAny brand of peach schnapps should work I’d think, but the best option would be to do some research on specific gravity of peach schnapps and find an alternative spirit. For example here: http://www.goodcocktails.com/bartending/specific_gravity.php
It shows one brand of peach schnapps at 1.1029, so maybe another liqueur at 1.1 gravity like raspberry liqueur, triple sec or amaretto? Triple sec is clear, so it would be close to what you’d get from a peach schnapps look and feel.

February 22, 2012 at 12:12 pmThank you for your help. I will try to find another liqueur with the needed gravity, but here in Argentina we do not have most of the brands you guys use here (except for Baileys, it must be a very famous brand) but we will be experimenting with everything we can.
And just wanted to tell the users that this was the best alcoholic drink that I have ever had, its delicious. Thanks for the video again.
PS: Try the “fernet”. If you ever come here or have a friend that comes here, have him buy you that for you to try it. The brand, “Branca”. 30% – 70% with coke, and you are all set.
