Tiki Week: Test Pilot / Extended Cut

The test pilot is an old tiki cocktail from 1941 which spawned look alike cocktails (with slight variations) such as the Jet Pilot. Of course, with great names come great taste, usually, and this is no exception.

This is a fantastic little cocktail creation that balances the line between complicated to build (with blending) and tiki taste profile.
