Egg white! The Tres Coops is an egg white cocktail, so it does have a silky dry flavor profile with some nice smoke in the finish. The other ingredients are flawless together but no single flavor really stands out, it becomes its own flavor profile.
If you like a cocktail that has a flavor wheel of precise palate sensations, this cocktail isn’t it–it’s got its own beast of flavor that doesn’t define any one product within the cocktail.
You won’t find a lot of coffee notes, nor elderflower notes, which is strange as they should cut through. You also don’t get a defined ginger liqueur or lime… just a nice flowing cocktail design.
