The Rouge 75, NYE Cocktail with Freixenet Cordon Negro

We pop open a bottle of Freixenet Cordon Negro, review it and build a cocktail with it. The video goes a bit long as we also find a way to pair Freixenet Cordon Negro with some Schönauer Apple Liqueur.

We build a champagne cocktail for New Years Eve! Makes sense, right? This cocktail is sexy looking with the red raspberry and has a bit of a “Yankee Candle” flavor to it, with raspberry aroma and other light flavorful notes which makes you think of candle scents, but without the overbearing candle explosion of your senses.

There may or may not be a rant on Yankee candle within this video as well, so keep watching!
