Today we make the Maguey (“Mah-Gay”) Sour, a Mezcal cocktail that brings an egg white foam and looks like a guinness in seemingly carbonated head. If you like the light weight flavor of guinness you’ll find tons of light weight…smoke in the Maguey Sour
The flavor of an orange citrus, big non-intimidating smoke which will rise right up through the foam. But, not smokey like an Islay scotch–but it gives you a great appreciation for what Mezcal can do in a cocktail.
The Maguey Sour is a must try for those experimenting with Mezcal.
