Tasting Notes: Mildly sweet, a bit more sour with a lot of herbal and complex flavors that end with a very pronounced anise finish. Definitely more sour than sweet.
The Gypsy cocktail is sour but yet a little sweet at the same time thanks to the elderflower liqueur, with a herbal play that brings in some nice dynamic flavor on the palate but reminds us closely of anise. While the chartreuse brings hints of anise, it is very very pronounced in this build. Yet, in the end, its got some neck snapping flavor.
