The Crimson Krampus, A Bite of Bitter

The Crimson Krampus isn’t all that crimson but is all that bitter, this cocktail takes Aperol to the direction we once intended it was supposed to go: super bitter.

This is a slow drinking cocktail, much like an overhopped beer, this cocktail might be just over the top on biting bitter flavor. While there are indeed other flavors in here, perhaps some ribbon candy flavor, the cocktail ends with a memorable bitter bite.
