The Bourbon Ball / Modified with Spiced Cherry Bitters

A cocktail with some classic cocktail balance, which is strange because there is no sour and there is no sugars outside of the liqueurs. You don’t really get a lot of chocolate from the cacao but the cocktail does present itself very well.

You can enhance the nose a bit by adding some Woodford Reserve Oak Aged Spicy Cherry Bitters. It doesn’t do much for the flavor change-up but the aroma is sexy as heck.
