The Bombay Emerald with Bombay Sapphire Gin

Today we create the bombay emerald, a slightly sweet vermouth cocktail with, of course, bombay sapphire gin (it is in the name!)

We did try to modify the drink a few times as we were not sure if it was too sweet or if the balance was right, so we tried a bit of lime, a bit of bitters but, in the end, the bombay emerald as is would probably be your best bet. But, you have to try!
