Lubrow’s Orgeat Punch | Cockspur OverProof Rum

Today we create a little “punch” in a glass, reducing ingredients to make it less punch and more realistic to drink. We utilize fabrizia limoncello in this one with a little rumsons and, of course, orgeat. To balance that sweet, we’ve got cockspur overproof rum.

Has a bit of a tropical lemon flavor, a bit like a Mai Tai effect, the orgeat is very warm and flavorful along side the citrus forward flavor and some tropical island spices from the rumsons rum.
