How To Make The Rob Roy Cocktail

Today we take a blended bottle of Usquaebach whiskey and produce a cocktail that, for a moment, we confused in our heads with the Roy Rogers (mocktail). This is a bit more of a classic martini design complete with sweet vermouth, bitters and scotch.

The cocktail build fits all the “basic cocktail” checks and it tastes like it, definitely brings some vermouth flavor into your mouth as we continue using our Vya Vermouth in sweet form.
