The drinks of this month brought smoke and the Ginger’s Lost Island is no different in that aspect. This drink is a bit more work than some of the easy mezcal drinks, because we’ve got to muddle the cardamom a bit.
This brings ginger, mezcal, spicy, medicinal flavors, with a touch of sweet and bite with a little smoke in the finish. Go make yourself a Ginger’s Lost Island drink!
The Ginger’s Lost Island Cocktail
– 1.25 oz. Mezcal
– 1.25 oz Ginger Liqueur
– .5 oz. Fresh Lime Juice
– .5 oz. Apple Juice
– .25 oz. Agave Necatar
– 2 Cardamom Pods
– Pinch of Cinnamon
