Hibiscus Hypnotist with Perfect Puree

Today I take a bottle of Perfect Puree Hibiscus that I found in my freezer, thaw it out, crack it open and create the Hibiscus Hypnotist.

Of course, that’s not the only ingredient in the cocktail, the core is Aviation gin with a little “pomegranate syrup”, which we define as Grenadine.

It seems like a hibiscus daiquiri, but it’s got more of a dry sweet thing going on.

2 oz. Aviation Gin, 1 oz. The Perfect Puree Sweet Hibiscus Blend, 3/4 oz. Fresh Lime Juice, 3/4 oz. Pomegranate Syrup, Cucumber Peel Garnish.
