An interesting vodka tasting, with Bellion Vodka–it has a strange flavor that’s very recognizable, almost like a saccharine or artificial sweetening flavor.
This flavor perhaps is the result of the “NTX Technology”, a design that’s supposed to help the liver by protecting it a bit better during drinking sessions (which is described more in the documents around this NTX Technology paperwork). This specific ingredient seems to create a very distinct fennel/anise flavor and artificial sweetness (aspartame?)
You’ll probably be able to detect the flavor profile even in a straight up cocktail utilizing Bellion Vodka. Not sure if this would be considered a “vodka” vs. a “flavored vodka” given the flavoring comes through without question.
And yes, this arrived to review direct from Bellion.
