Today we create a cocktail with Aperol, which we purchased specifically for this drink (link below). Aperol is a bitter digestive like Campari, so we also do a comparison between Aperol and Campari on the show.
We also hit a few bloopers for our 2015 blooper real when Ian flips the campari up into the air all over us. This drink is like an aperol sprits, a bit of aperol, lots of aromatics and has a pretty dry finish. There is a bunch of citrus that plays on your palate, with a bit of grapefruit. This would be a tart cocktail if we had to label it as something.
