Cubist Cocktail
Bacardi Legacy 2019

Cubist highlights the drier and fruitier notes of Bacardi Carta Blanca in a unique and subtle manner. The cocktail is complex in its delivery as a result of the pastis, yet sessionable due to the effervescent nature of it. It compiles a familiar and yet intriguing contrast of sour and sweetness that rounds the cocktail off with a wonderful mouth feel.

The Inspiration

Crafted for the global cocktail competition, Bacardi Legacy 2019, Cubist is a modern Swedish classic cocktail. Its source of inspiration comes from the radical artistic movement of Cubism, driven by Pablo Picasso. Cubists work of fragmentations of reality in order to showcase multiple perspectives and highlight the unique nature of the world around us. Cubist cocktail aims at reduce the blurred line of contemporary art and cocktail creation.

The Creator
