The White Zombie is a cocktail submission by Antonin, who came on the show and built it for us, based on his own submission. So, today we do one of our longer video’s because this is one of the longer cocktail builds to date.
However, we don’t get guest fans so often so let’s make the most of it shall we!
Yes, this cocktail brings a little of every flavor and has many elements that themselves are the front-and-center flavor profile in most drinks. We’ve got the flavor of pisco, we’ve got some gin, but also the falernum along side don’s mix, passion fruits, maraschino and even absinthe!
Everything gets a chance to shine in this drink, but overall the pisco and maraschino definitely play their roles.

1 oz. Pisco, 1 oz. Plantation 3 Stars, 1 oz. Gin, 3/4 oz. Falernum, 1/2 oz. Don’s Mix, 1/4 oz. passion fruit syrup, 1/4 oz. simple syrup, 3/4 oz. lime juice, Barspoon maraschino liqueur, Barspoon absinthe
