Tasting Notes: A fairly sour cocktail with passion fruit as the secondary flavor over that of the sour citrus. The dark rum doesn’t play nearly the part we would have thought it would play. In the end, I think this recipe needs more passion fruit syrup to really kick up the passion.

- 1 oz. Lemon Juice
- 2 oz. Orange Juice
- 1/2 – 1 oz Passion Fruit Juice/Syrup
- Top with Club Soda
