A second run at our Aviation Cocktail, this time we are including Bitter Truth Violet Liqueur which is part of one of the original recipes. It brings an additional flavor profile, a bit more sweetness and starts to mask out some of the Luxardo Maraschino Liqueur (which may be a good thing)
