The Classic Hurricane with Fassionola Syrup

The classic hurricane, as it was originally designed, used a fruit syrup known as “fassionola”, also found in the Pi Yi and Cobra Fang along with other historical recipes often seen through legend designers like Trader Vic and Don Beach.

But, Fassionola was lost when the last business creating it disappeared and the recipe was lost. But wait, along comes Max from Cocktail & Sons to produce a seasonal product using locally grown strawberries along side mango, passion fruit and other flavorful ingredients using real cane sugars.

Use the rum you love the most, we’re using Mezan Panama 2006.
