Tasting Notes: A light refreshing cocktail that’s both very sour and very sweet at the very same time. Like a very nice raspberry soda.
The pink ricard, a really flavorful little cocktail that was fairly mind blowing. We did not expect bacardi razz to work so well in it but it does very good. Light and refreshing. Of course, it looks super sexy in a colossal coupe glass.
Recipe
- 1 oz. Citrus Rum
- 1 oz. Bacardi Razz Rum
- 1/2 oz. Fresh Lime Juice
- 1/4 oz. Sour Mix
- 2 oz. Cranberry Juice
- 1 Slice Lime
- Top with Lemon-Lime Soda
