The Pina Colada is a 1950’s cocktail from Puerto Rico that has become a stable cocktail across the world, especially on island vacations. Today, you can find these at standard bars during the summer time, probably one of the more ordered simple cocktails and you’ll be paying $12-$15 or more for a 2 oz rum pour and some canned product (and maybe some lime, but probably not).

Pina Colada
2 oz Light Rum
1 1/2 oz Cream of Coconut
1 1/2 oz Pineapple Juice
1/2 oz Fresh Lime Juice
