Tasting Notes: A bit of a potent punch with a cream and pineapple attack followed by a striking rum, a bit of banana and then tails off with hints of chocolate. A bit strange in balance and not as thick as we anticipated.
The use of 99 Banana’s is pretty potent in combination with our rum. The flavors are lighter than expected and the chocolate takes a bit to get used to on first taste. Question of the Day: You got two choices, potent or sweet…what do you choose?
Recipe:
- 1/2 oz. Banana Liqueur
- 1/4 oz. Creme de Cacao
- 1 oz. Pineapple Juice
- 1 oz. Rum
- Splash of Cream
