Today we’ll show you how to make the Sunnybrea Polermo — a cocktail we’ll design twice because the first use of Casamigos Tequila gave it a funny caramel/butterscotch flavor nuance.

This variation of a Paloma, submitted as the Sunnybrea Polermo, the key difference in this recipe design was the additional use of lime juice, making it slightly more sour.
However, you can swap out the Fresca for a more traditional grapefruit soda and you’re close to the paloma. Do what you want with your grapefruit soda, and bring your tequila around. Here is your tequila cocktail recipe for the day!

– 2 oz / 60ml Tequila
– 3/4 oz / 22 ml Lime juice
– 6 oz. Fresca
