How To Make The Rouge Passion

Tasting Notes: Initially a purple flavor ice candy attack into a passion fruit roller coaster that falls more into a creamy whipped cream and port wine with nice juiciness. Definitely an obscure flavor ride with lots of neat nuances and dark berries.

We posted our shows out of order, this episode was supposed to follow our “How to make Sour Mix” episode but I got fail all over it. So, here it is Today! This recipe brings some neat color and flavor to the show and gotta love the flava. There are so many great nuances and the entire flavor brings a unique taste that doesn’t just bring one direction, it brings many directions of awesome.

 Recipe:

  • 1 oz. Alize Red Passion
  • 1 oz. Creme de Cassis
  • 1 oz. Sweet and Sour Mix

I think you’re right with Xan-Tay. I used to think scotch distillery names where really hard, until I found this http://www.dcs.ed.ac.uk/home/jhb/whisky/pronounc.html
