– 3/4 oz Rich Demerara Syrup
– 1/2 oz Sour Mix
– 1/2 oz Scrappy’s Chocolate Bitters
– Whole Egg
– Garnish with Lemon Wheel

We have a pile of hosts for this as we force folks to build their own drinks. We get to see Jennifer drop an F-bomb, smell her utilities to make sure they are clean and builds out a cocktail. Ian attacks Dan with a ball strike while chaos breaks out. Just like a proper March _Madness_ should be here in 2019.
