Tasting Notes: A light and refreshing pool side tropical cocktail that allows a refreshing taste with just enough sweet and just enough sour and muted rum flavor.
The Bajan Rum Punch, we used Hella Bitters to get some clove-based profile to our punch. Definitely an easy drinking cocktail that will allow much relaxing at the pool or beach on a tropical island or your back yard.
This cocktail follows the “1 sour, 2 sweet, 3 strong, 4 weak” recipe notes you’ll hear echoed on the Islands. Regardless to how we spelled the recipe in the recipe notes at the end of the video, it should read “Bajan”
Bajan Rum Punch Recipe
- 3 Dashes Aromatic Bitters
- 1 oz. Fresh Squeezed Lime Juice
- 2 oz. Simple Syrup
- 3 oz. Barbados Rum
- 4 oz. Water
- Fresh Nutmeg
