Cigar Divan on Rupert Street w/ Warren Bobrow

Today we create another Warren Bobrow cocktail from his Whiskey Cocktails book: Cigar Divan on Rupert Street. Warren Bobrow helps us build this cocktail, he has a desire to use organic product and cocktails with less sugars, which brought a less sweet cocktail creation in this design.

Now, you get a whiskey based cocktail with hints of sweetness and carbonatio without over-doing it. And the slight sour mix gives it some acidic backbone.
