Reminds me of a Starbucks cocktail with rich eggnog flavors, that is accented by the the nutmeg which goes through your nasal passages with holiday essence. The rum is secondary to the eggnog flavor, but it could be a bit warmer (the cream makes it a bit cold).
Hot coffee and Coffee-Mate eggnog flavor with spiced rum, what? Yeah, fricken spiked coffee nog, I said it. This presents itself like a fancy holiday cocktail, but will require either super hot coffee to help keep the 1/3 cup of coffee-mate eggnog latte from cooling down the drink too much.
Recipe:
- 1 1/2 oz Hot Coffee
- 1/3 Cup Coffee-mate Eggnog Latte
- 2 oz Spiced Rum
- Whipped Cream
- Ground Nutmeg
