The Autumn Rickey is like a refreshing lime beverage with rum but we’re using bourbon instead! We’ve still got the club soda, but are using maple syrup instead of simple syrup. I found this one on liquor.com.

Autumn Rickey
– 2 lime wheels
– 1 1/2 oz Bourbon
– 1 oz lime juice
– 1/2 oz Grade B Maple Syrup
– Club Soda
