While we’re not a huge fan of cream cocktail recipes, there are plenty of reasons to try this cocktail, especially if you’re into peach and cream. The problem we have with the Creamy Sex on the Beach is the same one we have with some other cream cocktails, the mouth feel and fatty nature of cream dulls the taste buds to the more intense flavors.
Sure, this drink combines a pina colada and sex on the beach into one cocktail, but the cream is in such high degree, that I think your creamy sex on the beach should be made with a bit more vodka and maybe a little more peach schnapps as well.
In either case, the creamy sex on the beach is still a pretty easy cocktail to create if you’ve got the ingredients for a pina colada hanging around (primarily coconut rum).
Creamy Sex on the Beach
– 1/2 oz. Vodka
– 1/2 oz. Coconut rum
– 1/2 oz. Peach schnapps
– 1/2 oz. Pineapple juice
– 1 dash Grenadine
– 1 oz. Heavy cream
– Garnish. Pineapple wedge
Love rum, love pineapple, love coconut, might as well give the creamy sex on the beach a try!
