Tasting Notes: Sweet and smooth agave starts the attack but that moves quickly into a bombing flavor of spice and potent oak finish. Not a big scotch aftertaste.
A gentleman’s cocktail perhaps. This recipe is definitely an overseas UK-based design with a bit of Agave to sweet. You’ll want to appreciate the more “raw power” of a spirit-focused cocktail to really understand the Gabardine Hightail.
Recipe:
- 2 oz. Scotch
- 1 oz. Drambuie
- 1 tsp Agave Nectar

March 30, 2012 at 3:29 pmHave you ever thought about putting simple syrup in your iced coffee? I don’t drink coffee or iced coffee, but it was just a though. Maybe it’s not a viable solution.
My first job was as an assistant to a janitor at a elementary when I was 14 (it was a summer job). Actually, as far as a job went, I rather enjoyed it at the time, and I was happy to be working and making money.
